Marketplace use
Maakit is a marketplace for discovering, listing, promoting, buying, and managing goods or services. By using the app, users agree to act lawfully, provide accurate information, and use the platform only for genuine marketplace activity.
Account responsibilities
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure, maintaining accurate profile information, and ensuring that contact details, payment-related information, and listing details remain current and truthful.
Listings and content
Sellers must post accurate titles, descriptions, prices, categories, attributes, images, and availability details. Content that is false, misleading, infringing, illegal, unsafe, abusive, or intended to manipulate the marketplace may be removed without notice.
Orders, fulfilment, and disputes
Users are responsible for completing transactions in good faith. Sellers are expected to fulfil orders as described and buyers are expected to communicate honestly about issues. Maakit may provide tools for carts, orders, refunds, and messaging, but users remain responsible for their conduct and transaction obligations.
Verification, plans, and visibility
Certain features such as seller verification, featured placement, boosted exposure, or plan-based benefits may affect listing visibility and account access. Access to these features may be changed, limited, or revoked where misuse, fraud, or policy violations are identified.
Prohibited conduct
Users must not misuse the app, interfere with platform operations, scrape data, impersonate others, send spam, abuse notifications or messaging, upload harmful material, or attempt to bypass platform limits, moderation decisions, pricing controls, or security features.
Enforcement and changes
Maakit may suspend listings, restrict accounts, remove content, or update platform rules where needed to protect users, comply with legal obligations, or maintain marketplace integrity. Continued use of the app after updates means the revised terms apply.
